Hi, I'm Lisa!

When not in session, you can find me hanging out with my two dogs and cat. I’m an artist and nature lover. I almost transferred to art school during undergrad to study bio art and abstract ceramic sculpture, but I decided that I wanted to stay in NYC where I lived for 10 years. I spent the following 3 years living in the Adirondack mountains. I’m also an out of practice reiki practitioner and an Aries without many Aries traits.

Lisa  is a warm, authentic, and creative therapist who operates from a trauma-informed, relational perspective. She is deeply committed to working from an anti-oppressive, HAES-informed framework and has experience implementing eating disorder treatment in community-based settings with clients from diverse backgrounds, of all ages, with an eclectic treatment approach. This included  developing an eating disorder group curriculum  and providing meal support for clients who had not previously had access to specialized care.  In work with patients in larger bodies, she has advocated for support in diagnosis, treatment and collaborative care addressing ignored or undiagnosed disordered eating.
