Therapist
She/Her
Hi, I'm Sher!
I find joy in slow cozy mornings, weaving creativity into my day, spending time outside, and always being accompanied by my little Bulldog sidekicks.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Sher worked at Christine Knorr Psychotherapy Associates for four years providing Recovery Coaching services to individuals with eating disorders. Sher has also worked in a similar capacity at Monte Nido and at BALANCE treatment center in New York City, where she provided Meal Support, trauma-informed yoga, and 1:1 emotional support with adults and adolescents with eating disorders. Sher also has prior experience providing substance abuse counseling as well as counseling services to middle school students.
As an advocate for those with eating disorders, she empowers those she works with to live in a way that is free of bias, guilt, and shame. In addition to working one on one with individuals, she is passionate about educating communities and loved ones in order to increase awareness, support, and provide tools for early intervention. Sher embraces the Health At Every Size approach and is dedicated to inclucivity and respect for those she helps.
Sher's gentle and calming approach puts those around her at ease and creates a warm and soothing environment for healing to take place.
