Opening up and expressing yourself is essential to good mental health. Kids who have difficulty speaking directly about their feelings often find that non-traditional approaches to therapy work best. This interactive, unique group incorporates various art forms and gives teens like yours the space to

  • Express their thoughts and feelings in new ways

  • Get in touch with how they feel and what they need

  • Build confidence 

  • Develop healthy coping skills 

  • Connect with like-minded peers who love creative arts 

  • Increase self esteem and develop a stronger sense of who they are 


Tuesdays at 2pm

$65 per session (includes all materials)
