Thanksgiving Holiday Support Group
For Eating Disorders
The Holidays Can Be Easier This year.
Let Us Show You How.

Thanksgiving can be one of the most difficult times for someone with an eating disorder: coping with travel, getting out of your comfort zone, dealing with family near and far, and of course...the food. It's enough to send you into a tailspin and can put even the most solid recovery at stake.

This year can be different. This year, you're going to have a plan. This year, you're going to have support.
This year, you're going to set yourself up for success!

Our Thanksgiving Support Group was designed with your recovery in mind. With the help of an eating disorder therapist and some like-minded peers, you can:

*The meal will be catered by an outside vendor and is provided at no additional cost.
The program takes place in person, in our private and comfortable Rockland County office.
